5. Shipping time:
5.1 The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.
5.2 All items sold at FURTHERNEW are guaranteed to be delivered in 60 days (120 days for Brazil, 90 days for Ecuador, Venezuela, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru, South Africa and all orders shipped with European Railway Direct Mail). And all orders shipped from the US, EU, FR, ES, RU and AU warehouse are guaranteed to be delivered within 30 days (45 days for orders shipped to Brazil and Mexico).
5.4 If you have not received your item(s) beyond this time, you are eligible for a full refund after we have conducted a postal investigation.
6. Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
6.1 Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
6.2 Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;
6.3 Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen;
6.4 Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond Plzmart's control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.
Note: Shipping time refers to the estimated delivery time after the order is shipped. Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any public holidays. These estimates are based on normal circumstances and are not a guarantee of delivery times. 7. Shipping from your local warehouse is significantly faster. Some charges may apply.
8. The shipping fees of DHL Express may vary according to the delivery area and ZIP code, and thus slight mismatch may arise between the charges shown on the product page and on the shopping cart.

Return Commitment
Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer (subject to the date of receipt of the express delivery), if the product has not been worn, washed, ironed, stained, processed (e.g. cut edge or self-modified size, etc.) , without affecting the secondary sales, we will provide no reason to return the service if you have any dissatisfaction with our products. However, for bodysuits, tights, socks, jewelry, etc., non-quality problems, can not be returned.
Return Restriction
1. The products should not be worn, washed, ironed, stained, processed, and the label tags should be kept intact;
2. Products including bodysuits, tights, socks, jewelry and intimate items can not be returned;
3. Free gifts are non-refundable or non-returnable;
4. The sets cannot be returned separately.

Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges, but you can choose to place a new order and initiate a return. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned package, for more information, please check the Returns & Refunds section above.
How To Return
1.Contact Customer Service with order information and a brief description of your return. We will send you a printable slip with more instructions. It contains our return address and basic information about your returned order.
2.Print the return slip and put it inside your package along with the item(s) you are going to return and pack the item properly.
3.Send item(s) back to us through local post office. If you are in urgent need of handling the returned parcels, please contact our customer service and provide a tracking number for the returned parcels.
4.We will process your return in 1-3 business days of receipt of the package.
