1. Shipping methods and Delivery times

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:

5.2 All items sold at FURTHERNEW are guaranteed to be delivered in 60 days (120 days for Brazil, 90 days for Ecuador, Venezuela, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru, South Africa and all orders shipped with European Railway Direct Mail). And all orders shipped from the US, EU, FR, ES, RU and AU warehouse are guaranteed to be delivered within 30 days (45 days for orders shipped to Brazil and Mexico).

5.4 If you have not received your item(s) beyond this time, you are eligible for a full refund after we have conducted a postal investigation.

6. Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

6.1 Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;

6.2 Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;

6.3 Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen;

6.4 Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond Plzmart's control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.

8. The shipping fees of DHL Express may vary according to the delivery area and ZIP code, and thus slight mismatch may arise between the charges shown on the product page and on the shopping cart.

Return Commitment

Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer (subject to the date of receipt of the express delivery), if the product has not been worn, washed, ironed, stained, processed (e.g. cut edge or self-modified size, etc.) , without affecting the secondary sales, we will provide no reason to return the service if you have any dissatisfaction with our products. However, for bodysuits, tights, socks, jewelry, etc., non-quality problems, can not be returned.

Return Restriction

How To Return

1.Contact Customer Service with order information and a brief description of your return. We will send you a printable slip with more instructions. It contains our return address and basic information about your returned order.

2.Print the return slip and put it inside your package along with the item(s) you are going to return and pack the item properly.

3.Send item(s) back to us through local post office. If you are in urgent need of handling the returned parcels, please contact our customer service and provide a tracking number for the returned parcels.

4.We will process your return in 1-3 business days of receipt of the package.
